The Human-Machine Binomial

Grupo Antolin proposes a solution based on a robotized work station for the assembly of plastic parts or screwing seats.

For meeting with the cycle time, the proposal is that the robot helps the worker in a collaborative environment, adjusting its trajectory if necessary in real time taking into account the position of the operator. While the robot carries out the repetitive actions, the worker can develop other tasks simultaneously in the same working area

During this voucher work a conceptualization and Technical Feasibility assessment of assembly automation system based in robotics will be done as well as a economic feasibility assessment.
